Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) nurstar account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. nurstar employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nurstar reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurstar login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nurstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

nurstar may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request verification of your identity, age, address, or payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by nurstar may result in temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
You may request closure of your nurstar account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

All deposits to nurstar must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. nurstar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
nurstar does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. nurstar is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your nurstar account and that is registered in your name. nurstar reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. nurstar processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated in the table above, subject to verification requirements.
nurstar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a nurstar account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

nurstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nurstar platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nurstar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nurstar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nurstar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
nurstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at nurstar.app/privacy-policy. By registering on nurstar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nurstar implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and nurstar cannot guarantee absolute security.

nurstar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
